This is a non-clinical, forward-facing space for people who feel ready to move out of survival mode and into a life that feels more honest, embodied, and alive. It’s for those who have done deep inner work and are ready to live from it.

My approach is grounded in nervous system wisdom and shaped by years of clinical experience, but coaching itself is not about diagnosis, fixing, or pathologizing the human experience. It’s about presence, choice, and authorship - learning how to stay connected to yourself as life unfolds.

Together, we slow down enough to tell the truth. To notice where fear, old patterns, or self-abandonment may still be running the show. And to gently return to clarity, self-trust, and the part of you that knows how you want to live.

This work supports embodiment, discernment, and intentional living. It’s about stepping into the fullness of who you are - not by striving or becoming someone else, but by inhabiting yourself more fully, right where you are.

I bring a somatic, body-aware lens to coaching, with deep respect for how the nervous system shapes our capacity for joy, creativity, intimacy, and choice. When the body feels safer, life opens. Decisions become clearer. Desire returns. Movement becomes possible.

Adventure Coaching

Adventure Soul Coaching is an outdoor, movement-based experience held in relationship with the natural world.

Sessions may include paddleboarding on the water, snowshoeing through quiet trails, hiking in the mountains, or walking together in nature, depending on the season and location. The activity itself isn’t the focus—it simply creates the conditions for presence, perspective, and honest conversation.

Being in motion often shifts what feels stuck. Thoughts settle. The body leads. What’s true becomes easier to access.

These sessions are for those who feel most like themselves outside—who think more clearly when they’re moving, breathing fresh air, and connected to something larger than their day-to-day environment.
